Shipping Information

Q. Do you ship to my country / internationally?

A. Every item in our online store is available for international shipping via USPS, FedEx & DHL


Q. Can you use my UPS / FedEx / DHL account for shipping?

A. Absolutely can. Simply contact us and make arrangements with customer service.


Q. Do you offer combined shipping?

A. Combined shipping is calculated automatically, once all of the desired items are added to cart.


Q. Tell me more about the "Free Shipping" service?

A. We will use USPS First Class or Air Mail for item delivery via Free Shipping service. For International customers, it may take a long time for delivery, and there are no tracking updates once the item leaves the sorting facility. There are no refunds for lost or stolen items processed under the “Free Shipping” option. We highly recommend using a more reliable shipping service for International deliveries, such as FedEx or DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Because we offer many different services for customers worldwide, there is a large variety of delivery times. Please contact us to get a very specific shipping quote and delivery times.


Q. Can you ship my item overnight?

A. If you are located in the United States or Canada, we offer a FedEx Overnight and Priority International services. Items shipped with those services are delivered the next day. Otherwise Priority International should have your item delivered within 2 business days.


Q. On the tracking number, the last update was "Electronics Shipping Info Received". Where is my item?

A. This message means that the USPS courier did not scan the item on dispatch. Your item is still on the way, but tracking information may take some time to update. It might not even update days after the item is delivered. This is the issue with the delivery courier and not Donor Drives. If your item was shipped Internationally, via USPS First Class or Priority mail, which do not support tracking information, there will be no updates until the item is delivered. The number you may receive is not an actual tracking number, but a Customs number designated to securely pass-thru international borders.


Q. On the tracking number, the last update was "Item Left Sorting Facility". Where is my item?

A. Your item has dispatched a USPS sorting facility and is now in transit to your country. Unfortunately, USPS does not provide tracking after this point for both First Class and Priority services. Your item is still on its way, there is just simply no way to know its exact location. That is exactly why we recommend avoiding USPS International First Class or Priority services.


Shipping Policy

Shipping times

We ship the products from our warehouses in the United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our primary delivery carriers. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer and their respective cut-off times:


Ground - (3-7 business days transit time. US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. Ground orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on location.


UPS 3 Day - (3 business days transit time. US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.


FedEx 2 Day - (2 business days transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.


Standard Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. May be shipped by UPS Red Saver service or FedEx Standard Overnight service depending on location.


Priority Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am the following day. May be shipped by UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight service depending on location.


International Shipping - We ship all international orders using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.


APO/FPO - All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Registered Mail.


Puerto Rico/Canada - All Canada/PR orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.


Saturday Delivery - (Orders placed on Friday, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 12 pm Pacific Time. May be shipped using UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method.


If you need the product to be shipped later than the specified cut-off times, please contact our Sales Department to see if this is possible. We will try our very best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Delays

We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or on major holidays.

All orders require time for processing. Guaranteed shipping services are only guaranteed for the transit time. This does not include the time it takes to process your order. Please understand that we are still human and while most of our orders are shipped the same day, we cannot guarantee it.

Exact delivery times for HI, AK, PR, Canada, and International locations cannot be guaranteed.
